Connecting Rod Rebuilding

All connecting rods are cleaned and wet magnafluxed for cracks. Rod bolts and nuts are replaced when needed. Big end bearing bores are inspected and reconditioned when necessary. Pin ends are Rebushed with renewable rod bushings. Bushings are bore centerline to centerline for proper piston protrusion / recession. Bushings are then fitted for the correct pin clearance. Rods are checked for alignment and adjusted as needed. Pistons are installed with a rod heater when necessary on a press fit connecting rod. Rods are wrapped and boxed for delivery.
